1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for Digital Products
Since all of our products are digital (educational files in PDF, Word, or video formats), they are subject to special legal provisions under German law.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of contract conclusion, without stating any reason.

⚠️ However, this right of withdrawal expires prematurely as soon as we begin executing the contract, i.e., once you receive the download link or access the content. This applies provided that the following conditions are met cumulatively:

1. You have expressly agreed that we may begin executing the contract (providing the download) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

2. You have acknowledged that your withdrawal right expires upon your consent.

3. We have actually executed the contract (e.g., by providing the download link).

🔴 IMPORTANT: Before completing your purchase, you will be explicitly asked to agree to this condition. Once you click "Agree" and start the download, you definitively lose your right of withdrawal.

2. Electronic Withdrawal Button (§ 356a BGB)
In compliance with § 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB), we provide a clearly recognizable and easily accessible electronic withdrawal button on our website. This button allows you to declare your withdrawal electronically with a single click. This function will be made available as a mandatory requirement starting from June 19, 2026.

3. Statutory Warranty (Gewährleistung) for Digital Products (§§ 327 ff. BGB)
Our digital products are subject to the statutory warranty provisions set out in §§ 327 ff. BGB. These regulations include the following:

Warranty Period: 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase.

Our Obligation: Our legal obligation is limited to ensuring that the file you downloaded is properly readable, error-free to open, and matches the product description on our sales page at the time of purchase.

📌 Note: Since our products are static files (such as PDF, Word, or videos), there is no obligation to provide security updates or any subsequent updates after the purchase.

Your Rights in Case of Defects: Should the file be damaged, fail to open, or significantly deviate from the description in content, you have the right to request subsequent performance (provision of a defect-free file) or demand a refund (withdrawal from the contract).

4. Exceptional Cases for a Refund (Case-by-Case Review)
Since all sales of digital products are considered final after a successful download, we offer a refund exclusively in the following exceptional cases. These are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis:

Damaged or Incomplete File: The downloaded file is defective or lacks essential core content.

Misleading Description: The actual content of the file does not match the product description or the preview shown on the product page.

Unstated Technical Limitations: The file cannot be opened due to technical requirements (e.g., a specific software version) that were not clearly listed in the product description.

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice in your account.

No Download or Access: You purchased the product but never downloaded or accessed it. This is verified through our system.

5. How to Submit a Request for Refund or Withdrawal
To submit a withdrawal request or a refund request (in the exceptional cases mentioned above), please contact us via email at: Support@emkido.com.

For Withdrawals: Use the electronic withdrawal button on our website (available from June 19, 2026) or send us a clear written declaration of withdrawal to the email address provided above.

For Refund Requests: Please send us a detailed description of the issue along with screenshots if applicable, so we can review your case as quickly as possible.

6. Refund of the Purchase Price
If your refund request has been approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days after our approval.
