We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. All our products are printable digital files (PDF format), designed to provide a screen-free educational experience for children once printed.
Please note that the printed output may vary slightly in color and quality depending on your printer settings, ink type, and paper quality. We recommend printing on standard A4 white paper for the best results.
We do not warrant that the print quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to the previews shown in our online stores, as this depends on your printing equipment and settings.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Emkido reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Emkido confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy).
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices include VAT in accordance with German law.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made at our stores.
SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products sold by Emkido are printable digital files (PDF format). No physical shipping is involved.
Our files are designed to be downloaded, printed, and used offline — providing children with a hands-on, screen-free educational experience through drawing, coloring, and play-based learning activities.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link within minutes. Delivery is instant and automatic. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@emkido.com.
Since all products are digital, there are no shipping costs, customs fees, or import taxes. You are responsible for any printing costs incurred on your end.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, files, designs, and materials provided by Emkido are protected by European and international intellectual property laws, including German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz – UrhG) and EU Directive 2001/29/EC.
Files are licensed for personal and household use only. Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or sharing of our files is strictly prohibited.
